Barenaked Ladies

As some of you may know, Barenaked Ladies' co-founder Steven Page left the band last February to pursue a solo career. Here's a lengthy and kinda boring interview about it.

BNL have continued to tour and record without Page and are nearing the release of their first album without him. The first single off the album is titled "You Run Away." The song is definitely not their usual comedic tone. It is more dark and serious. It starts with co-founder Ed Robertson singing with piano and brush percussion. It's still an enjoyable song, but definitely kind of different. I would compare it to some of their songs such as "Call and Answer," "When I Fall," or "Break Your Heart." The album is titled "All in Good Time" and scheduled for release on March 30th.

As for Steven Page's solo career, feel free to follow him on Twitter. http://twitter.com/stevenpage

Finally, I will leave with you another video of Steven Page's final Ships and Dip performance of "Call and Answer."
