Rihanna Announces Tour With Ke$ha!

On July 2nd, Rihanna will kick off her "Last Girl On Earth" Tour. The 25 date tour will include opening acts Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj, another of Lil Wayne's creations. Rhianna promises the tour will be a huge production. Aren't they all, now that Lady Gaga has raised the bar?
