Land of Talk unveil first single.... free download!

Land of Talk have unveiled the first single and accompanying artwork from their sophomore LP Cloak and Cipher. The raucous track, “Swift Coin,” is available now for free via Saddle Creek’s website here. “Swift Coin” will be released on a 7" vinyl and digitally August 10, which will include the exclusive b-side “Lossless.” Cloak and Cipher is out August 24th via Saddle Creek. The band will be hitting the road for a coast to coast headlining North American tour from September through November (dates below). Cloak and Cipher is available for pre-order now, including a special handcrafted pre-order package limited to 50 copies that includes a signed poster and a hand-assembled, signed notebook. Produced by Jace Lasek of Besnard Lakes and Land of Talk and lead by mastermind songwriter and vocalist Elizabeth Powell, Cloak and Cipher includes contributions of special guests drawn from the Montreal music scene and beyond including Jeremy Gara of Arcade Fire and Patrick Watson as well as members of Stars, Wintersleep and Besnard Lakes.
