Amy Winehouse Confirms First Tour Dates In Two Years
British darling Amy Winehouse will return to the stage for her first official concert in two years. The 27-year-old singer confirmed her appearance for a "one-off" tour in Brazil during early 2011, via her official website.
The 'Back to Black' creator is set to perform during Brazil's Summer Soul Festival. Dates include Jan. 8 in Florianopolis, Jan. 13 in Recife and Jan. 15 in Sao Paulo. Winehouse will also make a pit stop at the Arena HSBC on Jan. 11 in Rio de Janeiro to satisfy fans.
Eclectic singer Janelle Monae will captivate audiences alongside Winehouse on all tour dates, while crooner Mayer Hawthorne tags along solely on the Summer Soul slots. Fans can score tickets on www.livepass.com.br beginning Nov. 22.
It is reported that the singer would expect to make around $482,000 from each show.
