"WILD HORSES: During his recent press junket promoting Life, Keith Richards had no definitive answer to the constant questions about the Rolling Stones’ touring plans, but something was then in the process of going down, whether he knew about it (likely) or not. We’ve just learned that the Stones team is very close to finalizing a deal that would bring them to Coachella next April. According to our sources, they’ll pick up a cool $5 million for playing the date; Paul McCartney pocketed $3.5 million for playing Coachella in 2009. This is the biggest booking coup yet for Coachella kingpin Paul Tollett, whose fest has served as a launch pad for numerous big-name tours in the past. Can you say “sold out”?"
