I Wish Tour Chicago, IL September 15, 2013

On a rainy day in the Windy City, Jam Productions played host to the "I wish Tour" at the Vic Theatre. The line up included upcoming artists Zara Larsson & Jackson Guthy, recent X-Factor winner Fifth Harmony, and popular artist Cher Lloyd. Zara Larsson kicked off the performances with a few original songs,and then covers of popular songs like "I love it" by Icona Pop. Jackson Guthy followed performing original songs, and a few dance breaks with his D.J. and back up dancer. As Fifth Harmony took the stage they were preceded by five large metallic circles engraved with the number 5. Their performance was complimented by astonishing light staging, and nearly flawless vocal runs by the whole group. When the set was coming to a close, a group of young girls was invited to the stage to dance with the artists in their closing song. The tension in the small venue that is the Vic Theatre, grew as Cher Lloyd prepared to take the stage in her first time headlining a U.S. tour. Miss Lloyd leaked a few songs from her brand new album that has yet to have a release date. Pleasing to both the eye and the ear Cher's performance went seemingly flawless. Overall the concert was worth every cent.
