Biopic Depicting Notorious Rap Group, N.W.A, Releases Red-Band Trailer from Universal Pictures

Universal Pictures has released the Red Band Trailer for the upcoming film, "Straight Outta Compton".  Based on, the true story of notorious rap group, N.W.A.  Becoming often known as, the most important group in the Rap Genre of music. Also, in 2015, the group was nominated for induction into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The film is set in the mid-1980's, when the rap group was formed and dives into the raw, gritty reality of the rapid rise, incompetent peak, and unfortunate fall of the world's first and most controversial Gangster-Rap group. Starring O'Shea Jackson, Jr., Corey Hawkins, and Jason Mitchell, "Straight Outta Compton" is directed by F. Gary Gray (Law Abiding Citizen, A Man Apart).  The film is scheduled for release and will be cruising down the street in a '6-4 to a theater near you on August 14, 2015.
