Live Review: Clean Bandit at The Beacham

I arrived at The Beacham expecting another typical electronic music show, just another group with a Number 1 Hit, and I couldn't have been more wrong. Clean Bandit, the British group you've all heard on the radio are so much more than just "Rather Be." The album may sound like another dance record, but live, it transforms into an intense pop and electronic experience. Touring front woman Elisabeth Troy really brought the album to life vocally, and her high energy dancing and crowd interaction is something I've missed seeing at concerts. The band seemingly enjoyed themselves on stage here in Orlando. They plowed through the set which mainly consisted of tracks from 2014's New Eyes, plus some yet to be released tracks. The show lasted an hour and twenty minutes, and definitely left us wanting more. They have just kicked off a spring tour, so you still have plenty of time to catch them live, and I'd highly recommend doing so. You won't be disappointed.
