The SOHO International Film Festival kicks off

The SOHO International Film Festival kicked off in New York City for its sixth year. This festival displays many full-length features and short films that have traditional elements along with inventive cinematic ideas. The founder, Jorge Ballos, created this event to help directors get discovered and to aid the distribution of their works. This year the festival features 57 films and will continue on through Thursday, May 21st. Tickets for film showings can be bought on their website.
