Emily King is back with her sophomore album, The Switch, and we are incredibly impressed. Not only did she independently release it through her own label, Making Music Record, but she brings the right kind combination of soulful 60's era sound and 70's groove that we've been lacking in today's music scene. 

Born and raised in New York City, Emily has constantly been surrounded by music. She has earned the title of one of the cities finest songwriters. This Grammy nominated songwriter has toured the world with John Legend, Alicia Keys, Nas, Maroon 5 and Sara Bareilles but has recently headed off for her own headlining tour.
