Lollapalooza Celebrating 25 Years With A Four-Day Weekend
Today is a HUGE day for fans of Lollapalooza. After a ton of feedback and keeping up with the other Midwest festival Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza made an almost life-changing announcement. Celebrating 25 years of this Chicago festival, the Lolla weekend is now extending into a 4-day weekend instead of its usual 3 days. Just announced on Twitter and Facebook, people are freaking out and definitely in a good way.
Taking over Grant Park in Chicago July 28-31, 2016, 170 bands are anticipated to play. They already have ticket prices posted with the surprisingly low price (for Lollapalooza, especially considering their inflating prices each year) of $335 for the 4-day weekend with single day tickets at $120.
The only thing left to do is obsess over lineup predictions! There haven't been many rumors going around yet, but keep your eyes open.
