For Valentine's Day, Big Heart Pet Brands, the makers of Milk-Bone and Pup-Peroni, has surveyed 3,000 dog owners to create a list of the top 25 states in the U.S that love dogs the most. This survey serves to determine how regularly the owners engage in puppy love (i.e dog kisses and cuddling).
